...and I'll write something about the Oi! of England, its birthplace, gradually. For my generation, a Japanese band called Cobra who played their songs with everyday clothes and without makeup in 1984 was a clue for knowing this kind of punk after all, however, ironically, I've L-O-S-T interest in Cobra rapidly as soon as i knew them to quote such an English band for their own interviews and so on. Because of the Cobra and their favorite (Oi punk?) band called Toy Dolls who were monopolizing popularity among a bunch of "Oi of Japan" featured MA-1 + lace-up boots (Hawkins) who had their hairs parted at the center, the recognition of Oi! in Japan was UNUSUALLY careless. Or I remember the "Oi of Japan" swallowing such silly things as the hippie remarks or the article saying "Oi! = the group of racists" on the Doll magazine which were reprinted from MRR and their preference changed from Oi! to Skateboard...
